Her vast experience creating brand awareness has been instrumental in creating successful marketing campaigns with companies such as McDonalds, Wizards of the Coast, Thinkway Toys and the Limited Too retail chain. She has personally overseen the conception, production and marketing of various product lines increasing merchandise and Internet revenue streams 150%.
	Jason Leon, ‘Adup’teyshun’s Director of Operations, contributes his experience in project management and website development to the ‘Adup’teyshun team. As a veteran programmer, he brings the ‘Adup’teyshun team a steadfast determination for perfection that is only surpassed by his drive for success. The list of national/international companies that he's personally worked with is expansive and includes: JAMDAT, Yahoo, Disney, In-Fusio, Thinkway Toys, Hasbro, Bandai, Velocity Services Inc., Sony, Beckett's, Hershey's, M1, StarHub, SingTel, Oberon, General Mills (millsberry.com), Pay Pal, Index Corporation, Viacom, and Netsize.
	Leslie Gutierrez Saiz, ‘Adup’teyshun’s Creative Director. Immediately upon receiving her Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from California College of Arts and Crafts, she began working on projects and with companies that have enabled her to design for all aspects of apparel, merchandise, catalog, packaging and web entertainment. Leslie brings to the ‘Adup’teyshun team a combination of design sensibility, current trend know how, and the ability to communicate concept with innovative design.
	Thom Porter, ‘Adup’teyshun’s Director of Technology, is an energetic and motivated programmer. Enthusiastically self-taught, Thom has created many of his own PHP applications, for fun. Professionally, he has maintained many complex systems, specifically for Neopets.com, a global youth-oriented media and entertainment site with over 60 million members. Thom brings to the 'Adup'teyshun team his unique ability to think outside the programming box and deliver innovative sites with results that push standard programming conventions.
	Rich Cando, ‘Adup’teyshun’s Lead Designer has won numerous awards and accolades for his work as a graphic designer and animator. He has been a commissioned Flash designer for Shockwave.com, and Teen People Online. Rich's designs have appeared in magazines and books, and on t-shirts and merchandise. His Star Dudes series of cartoons have earned him fans worldwide, and have been featured at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Taipei, Taiwan and the Spielzeugmuseum (Toy Museum) in Nuremberg, Germany. Also, his late inning heroics as shortstop for the ‘Adup’teyshun company softball team, has earned him "MVP" honors.
